I tackle these questions right now.

There is definitely a secret to enjoying wine and having a better red wine experience.

Unfortunately many people begin their experience with wine by haphazardly trying all sorts of wine.  They might try to read all the books they can or get advice from every one who is supposedly in the know.

People start trying to explain what qualities they like in a wine and the person they’re speaking to starts to guess what their tastes might be and then makes suggestions to them on the basis of this guess.  Not a good thing.  Nine time out of ten the suggestion is unsatisfactory because it comes from another person, not you.

In prior installments I have stressed the importance of trusting your own taste and learning how to taste wine; however, there is still something that gets overlooked that can help you enjoy the wine even more.

It is food.  Wine is meant to be enjoyed with food (although it certainly can be enjoyed on its own).

The food you’re eating with the wine is important.

You have to start viewing wine as a compliment to food (and vice versa) before you can truly enjoy the wine or experience.  You need to, in a sense, think of wine as a condiment you put on food.

After I really stared delving into wine, I came to savour the experience of combining wine with good food.

Wine is a healthy beverage that you can enjoy with food everyday, in moderation.  Plus this can become a great ritual.

Additionally all of the health benefits of red wine can be absorbed when it is consumed with food.  Research has shown that antioxidants are best absorbed when taken with a meal.  The antioxidants in red wine are what benefit you so that’s what makes wine a great combination with food.

I would highly recommend making your own meals to go with the wine.  It elevates the experience to another level of enjoyment.  It’s really an amazing experience because you can appreciate the steps and ingredients that go into the meal and at the same time reflect on the process that went into making the wine.  It’s hard to put into words but it’s a great feeling.

Making your own quality meals can be easier than you think.  Notice I said quality meals.  The problem with people is that they look up a recipe and try to follow directions, or they find recipes in cook books that are not necessarily that great.  Many people become intimidated and think that they can’t cook great meals.  But this is simply false.

If you had a mentor that not only provided you with high quality recipes but showed you step-by-step how to prepare everything from scratch, using his philosophy of high quality ingredients, you’d really be able to whip up some great tasting meals to compliment your wine and your guests would be thinking you are a great cook and host!

One such mentor is my friend Chef Charly Wadsack.  Charly is a professional chef with over 40 years of experience being the head chef in many extremely fine dining establishments.

Charly not only has an abundance of experience making high quality meals, but his unique philosophy of high quality (once you become acquainted with this philosophy you’ll be able to apply this philosophy to your fine dining and wine experience and increase your enjoyment another level even more!) elevates him ahead of many in his field.

What I really love about this guy is that he does not mince words; he gets right down to business and shows you how to make high quality and great tasting recipes from start to finish.  From him you can count on no-nonsense, quality and hard earned experience from the mind of the chef in the clearest format possible.

He has laid out a vast collection of high quality recipes in electronic format in 5 e-books (for the price of 1 e-book!)  in a step-by-step fashion AND he has also included a vast collection of over six hours of step-by-step videos which you can watch right from your computer.  He literally holds your hand through the entire process.

He even has thrown an additional video bonus: "How To Shop For Ingredients Like A Pro": Chef Charly takes you shopping and shows us how he finds extraordinary ingredients in ordinary places. This shows you how to find top quality ingredients easily and locally.

These recipes, when followed with the care that went into writing them, should produce world class food - every time!  The best news is you can get instant access of his product.

Charly shares many recipes, across all necessary categories.  Your very small investment will yield many fine dining and wine experiences.  This also means savings because you will not have to go out to a restaurant every time you wish to enjoy a fine dining experience.  This is a small investment that can serve you for the rest of your life.  Heck these savings will allow you to have more money to spend on high quality wine or whatever else.

The bottom line is that you can get hold of this great resource instantly and start making some great food today.  You will be able to prepare them from the comfort of your home.  You can prepare it for only yourself if you wish, but you can also show others what a great cook you are and have an impressive soiree, if you wish.
